we loved the close proximity to South Park, just a short walk away, and being so close to popular dining spots like The Bourgeois Pig, perfect for grabbing breakfast before heading out to explore the city.

reliable pick

It was a reliable pick for a weekend break in Lawrence with high value for money. The AC unit in my room was loud, but everything else worked as expected. Be sure to ask about the breakfast hours to avoid missing out.

awesome location

friendly staff

our stay at towneplace suites was fantastic! the location was awesome, just a short walk to mass street where we found great dining and shops. the room was perfect for our family, with plenty of storage and a fully-equipped kitchenette. A special shoutout to the staff. donovan was incredible, always friendly and helpful!

The Towneplace Suites has an excellent downtown location, making it easy access to restaurants and shops. My King Studio was spacious and well-maintained, featuring a full kitchenette that was perfect for preparing quick meals during my business trip. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

I recently stayed here for a night and was really impressed! The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to all the downtown hot spots, which made our trip so much more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and made check-in seamless. The kitchenette was well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. However, breakfast options could have been better.
